JYJ’s Jaejoong shared his thoughts on conflicts within idol groups in a recent interview with Star Today.
“Honestly speaking, I don’t think there are any idol groups who don’t experience conflicts. After all, the members are not family, and there will be members who are closer or get along better. In our case, we’re the type to talk about things openly.”
Sharing feelings and thoughts candidly, as opposed to keeping things bottled up, is the secret to good teamwork. Jaejoong then brought up the example of group Shinhwa, whose members have stuck by one another for the past 14 years.
“Not too long ago, Eric hyung uploaded a photo of the whole team, and I replied, ‘The hyungs look great. Shinhwa’s awesome’, after which he replied, ‘We’re just pretending to be close’. I think being able to say that so spontaneously, that’s amazing in itself.”
Personal opinion:i agree with that.i know that all the bands have conflicts between themselfs. i bet that even in some popular bands are members that have a little grudge to another member but in front of the camera and the fans they have to pretend to be the best friends ever.Sarcastic....
And even more sarcastic is that i think that when Junjin asked that member of Super Junior,that looks alike Donghae(?) i am starting to forget their names like i am not interested into them,if Suju had a fight and of course the guy said no.

but i guess they are not friends at all.they gotta stuck toghever just to give the meaning of Beast.Probably in reality they give a damm one to each other.lol
it's reality right?i thought about it.beeing in a band with members doesnt mean that everyone is going to be close friends like cousins or so (i am not close not even with my cousins :P )....it's business.
Shinhwa admited with their own moulths that they even had a physical fight a long time ago because of the conflicts.And i guess it is true.Someo f the members are closer than others.
For example i see Minwoo quite often with Eric or Junjin,Andy is a little more lonley ,same as Dongwan.
I bet that some members are close with each other and more distant with others.
It happens even between friends right?We all have closer friends and distant friends.
